In particular, fans of Gotham's Dark Knight are in for a treat as the Batmobile from the 1989 film, Batman, is confirmed to be on display throughout the whole weekend.
A full-scale bat signal has also been created especially for the weekend's convention with the caped crusader himself rumoured to be swooping in for photo opportunities.
For younger crowds, the event will host slime-making workshops and mask-making sessions.

Ian Bonar, organiser of BGCP Comic Con, said “We had a great tester event in April and had an amazing turn out so we’ve managed to secure a Batmobile as seen in the 1989 Batman movie.
"We’ll also have our seven foot tall Bumblebee the Transformer which is a head turner and a fully realistic Iron Man for people to meet as well as all sorts of Star Wars characters, Ghostbusters and other various props to go along with all our Comic Con traders spread throughout the full centre. ”
St. Enoch Comic Con takes place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 June from 10 am to 6 pm.
