A MAN has been charged in connection with an alleged "disturbance" in Glasgow's East End.
We previously reported that police were called to Eversley Street, Tollcross, at around 12.15pm yesterday.
A man, aged 47, was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. It has since been confirmed he is in a stable condition.
Police have revealed they have now made an arrest. The 43-year-old man has also been charged.
The area was taped off by cops as they carried out an investigation into the incident.
Detective Inspector Cheryl Kelly said: "Officers were called to reports of a disturbance on Eversley Street, Glasgow, around 12.15pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022.
"A 47-year-old man was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
"A 43-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing."
