POLICE have been monitoring car-free zones at schools across Glasgow.

Pupils returned to class after the summer holidays on Wednesday.

Since then, officers have been making sure parents and carers stay out of car-free zones, which are in place across dozens of Glasgow schools.

Officers were at Scotstoun Primary this morning.
