The public is being asked to help draw up plans for improving a number of towns and communities in East Renfrewshire.
Cash from the Scottish and UK governments is available for the next five years for the regeneration of local town centres.
To help decide what any allocated cash should be spent on, a council is starting a consultation for three towns.

People living and working in Clarkston, Eaglesham and Giffnock are to be asked for their views.
East Renfrewshire Council said the views will help produce Local Action Plans for when funding is available.
It said projects could include upgrading town centre public realm and green spaces, making better use of land and existing buildings, shop front improvement schemes, improved digital connectivity and developing active travel opportunities.
Danny Devlin, housing and environment convener, said: “These consultations are a really valuable opportunity for the local community to tell us what improvements they’d like to see in their area.
“I’d encourage anyone who can to have their say online or drop-in to one of our engagement events.”
The online consultations launch on Monday, October 3 and there will be drop-in events held in the three towns to allow the community to have their say in person.
