A demonstration is planned for Glasgow this week to protest against Rishi Sunak being appointed Prime Minister.
Sunak will become Prime Minister after he was the only nomination for Conservative Party leader, under the rules drawn up by the Tory backbenchers.
He will replace Liz Truss as PM within days.

The former chancellor, who with his wife, Ashaka Murty, is reportedly worth more than £700m, will become the third Prime Minister in less than two months and the third since the Tories won the last election in 2019.
But a campaign group is urging people to send a message to the new Tory leader and his party by “taking to the streets”.
Power to the People Glasgow has been campaigning against the rising cost of energy and lack of Government action to protect those most in need.
The campaign stated: “Rishi Sunak has a fortune of £730m. He’s going cut public spending and tell us to tighten our belts.
“We won’t take it. See you on the streets.”
The campaign added: “Glasgow won’t take another unelected, out of touch Tory Prime Minister.”
It urged people to “prove it” and “join the demonstration”.
The demo “for democracy, for the right to strike, against austerity” is planned for Friday October 28 at 5.30 pm at Buchanan Street outside the underground.
