Topgolf, a popular golfing venue being built on the outskirts of Glasgow, is opening late this year and is expecting people from all across the region to join in the fun.
The golfing experience, located in Rutherglen, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art golfing facilities as well as bars and restaurants.
Recently, the company announced it was looking to hire 300 staff members to run its new venue while its senior leaders flew to Dallas, Texas for training.

Topgolf Glasgow is situated on the outskirts of the city in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire.

What can people do at Topgolf Glasgow?
Topgolf Glasgow will have an advanced point-scoring virtual golf game where players can use one of the company's complimentary clubs or their own.
The HDTVs allow customers to play any number of golf-related games such as an Angry Birds-themed one.
There will also be 72 all-weather hitting bays on three tiers for people to enjoy.
The venue will also have a number of food and drink areas, and private events spaces for any number of occasions.

When is Topgolf Glasgow opening?
Top Golf Glasgow is set to open in late 2022 after being approved in 2019 and receiving significant delays due to the Covid pandemic.
While an exact opening time is not available as of the time of writing this, people can sign up for Topgolf's email alert to be the first to know.
How to travel to Topgolf Glasgow
Topgolf Glasgow is accessible via a number of transport links:
Car: Topgolf Glasgow is just off the M74 to Rutherglen and accessible by car from Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
There will also be onsight parking for visitors to use.
Train: Trains run from Glasgow Central to Rutherglen Station. The Topgolf Glasgow venue is then a 15-minute walk from the train station.
Bus: A bus service runs from Sauchiehall Lane in the city centre and arrives in Rutherglen, a couple of minutes' walk from Topgolf Glasgow.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
