The owners of a much-loved restaurant are selling up after 12 years.
Ian and Sheila Brown are looking to hand over Ian Brown Food & Drink in Giffnock to new owners after over a decade of operating their 'popular neighbourhood restaurant with fantastic reviews.'
The business has been listed by the Restaurant Agency for offers over £75,000 and operates on the residue of a 25-year lease to 2041 with a passing rent of £22,500 per annum.
The 40-cover 710sqft restaurant is described as being well-presented with a 'homely ambience', a contemporary interior, well planned commercial kitchen, storage and toilet facilities.
The description reads: "A rare opportunity to acquire an established, immaculate and renowned restaurant/bistro business in Glasgow's Southside and reputedly "the best meal in the southside" by Peter Irvine, Scotland the Best Guide."
