Fire crews are tackling a blaze in Paisley.
Heavy smoke appears to be coming out of a Subway takeaway shop on Causeyside Street close to the Northern Way pub.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed their attendance and police are also on the scene.
The incident is ongoing.
A local took to the Paisley and Proud page on Facebook and said: "So Subway Causeyside Street went up in flames."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson told The Glasgow Times that the incident was ongoing but their crews were in attendance.
