A MAN has appeared in court charged with an alleged attack in Clydebank.
Graeme Keenan made no plea at Dumbarton Sheriff Court today.
The 31-year-old, from Clydebank, is accused of one charge of assault to severe injury, permanent disfigurement, and danger to life as well as one charge of assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
He is also charged with having a weapon in a public place.
Keenan was committed for further examination and released on bail.
His next court appearance is yet to be confirmed.
It comes after we reported that two men were allegedly assaulted in Littleholm Place on Wednesday night.
The pair, aged 36 and 25, were rushed to hospital for treatment to serious but not life-threatening injuries.
