A NEW water pipe is set to be installed in Clydebank next week.
Scottish Water confirmed it will be carrying out work in the Cochno Road area in Hardgate for nine weeks.
It is hoped that the works – beginning on Monday, August 7 – will improve the town’s water network.
A stretch of the road near Duncombe Avenue will be closed for almost three weeks whilst the water main is installed.
Local access will be permitted by signs or under the direction of a traffic management contractor.
Emergency service access will be maintained.
Diversion routes will also be in place.
