A NEW restaurant that is set to open in Newton Mearns has given a "sneak peek" inside the new venue.
The Malletsheugh Bar and Restaurant, which will be based on Ayr Road in the town, said they will be opening soon following "massive refurbishment works".
The new eatery will serve up authentic Indian and Scottish dishes.
Now, the bar has taken to social media to share a first look at the venue.
They said: "Here's a sneaky peek at the inside of the NEW Malletsheugh – Taj Restaurant and the Mal Bar at the Malletsheugh.
“The place is taking shape! It’s beginning to look and feel like home – created with passion, luxury, and style in mind.
“Watch this space for more opening news coming soon.”
Residents flocked to the comments of the post to share their excitement ahead of the new restaurants opening.
One said: "Looks amazing."
Another said: "Can't wait. I've missed you."
While another user aded: "Looks amazing can’t wait."
An opening date for the venue is yet to be confirmed.
