PLANS to create several new homes in Johnstone have been submitted to the council.
It comes after the local authority validated a planning application on Monday, October 2, to create five new houses in the town.
The proposal states the new properties would be built on vacant land west of Beech Road.
Previously, the land was used for flatted dwellings which were demolished.
Council bosses are yet to make a decision on the plans.
