THE re-scheduled dates for Blink-182's postponed Glasgow shows have been revealed.

Last month, the American rock band cancelled the sold-out show hours before taking the stage at the city's OVO Hydro.

They were due to perform on two dates - Friday, September 1, and Saturday, September 2.

The new dates have now been revealed as Thursday, August 29 and Friday, August 30, 2024.

A post on X (formerly Twitter) by the OVO Hydro read: "ANNOUNCED. We can confirm that @blink182's shows at the OVO Hydro will now take place on August 29 and 30, 2024.

"All tickets remain valid for the new dates.

"Tickets for Sep 1, 2023 - Aug 29, 2024.

"Tickets for Sep 2, 2023 - Aug 30, 2024."

The previous shows were cancelled due to drummer Travis Barker being forced to fly home due to an "urgent family matter".

In a statement on Instagram, the pop-punk band said: "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States.

"The Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin shows are being postponed.

"More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
