TWO men are due to appear in court after a large quantity of drugs and cash were seized in the city's West End.
Partick Community Officers made the discovery after apprehending two males who allegedly made off from them in a vehicle following a stop check at around 3pm on Thursday, November 2 in Otago Street.
The two men, aged 30 and 40, were arrested and charged in connection with numerous offences.
They are due to appear in court on Friday, November 3.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Two men, aged 30 and 40, have been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences after they made off from officers following a vehicle stop in Glasgow.
"The incident took place in the Otago Street area, around 3pm on Thursday, 2 November, 2023.
"A large quantity of drugs and cash were seized as a result.
"Both men are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday, November 3, 2023."
