A TEENAGER is due to appear in court in connection with a series of offences.
Police confirmed a 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of incidents which took place in the Westeron area of Bearsden between Friday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 6.
He has been charged in connection with two alleged sexual offences and two alleged acts of threatening and abusive behaviour.
He has been released on an undertaking to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
Chief Inspector Aidan Higgins, local area commander for East Dunbartonshire, said: "We would like to take the opportunity to thank members of the local community for their assistance with this investigation."
