A major road was left closed for HOURS after a police incident this morning.
Traffic Scotland said the M898 Erskine Bridge was shut in both directions shortly after 2.30am on Monday, April 1.
The travel firm said the road was closed due to an ongoing emergency incident.
Currently, it is unknown what the incident was.
The road reopened shortly before 6.30am.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.

A spokesperson for Traffic Scotland said: "M898 Erskine Bridge.
"CLOSED in both directions due to a police incident."
Then, shortly after 6am this morning, the travel company added: "Erskine Bridge.
"All lanes now running in both directions following the earlier police incident."
