A MAN has been fined after he reportedly drove past two marked police cars whilst using his mobile phone.
Officers said the incident took place on the A82 on Sunday, March 31.
The driver was then pulled over and issued a conditional offer of a fixed penalty.
This was a £200 fine and six penalty points.
A statement published by Police Scotland reads: "The driver of this vehicle decided to drive past two marked Dumbarton Road Police vehicles while using his mobile phone on the A82.
"The driver was stopped and issued a conditional offer of a fixed penalty which has a £200 fine and six penalty points."
