UPDATE: Victoria Road is fully reopened to traffic
A SECTION of road in the city's Southside has been closed in both directions due to an "ongoing police incident".
Victoria Road is closed between Queens Drive and Allison Street near to Queen's Park in the city's Govanhill.
Road users are advised to follow police direction for the diversion.
The nature of the incident is not currently known.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
