A MAN has been rushed to hospital after he was hit by a car in the city's West End.
Emergency services were called to Great Western Road at around 10.34pm last night following a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
A 36-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

His condition is not known.
A 37-year-old man, who was driving the car, will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with a road traffic offence.
Great Western Road was closed in both directions between Napiershall Street to St George's Road following the incident and reopened at around 12am this morning.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Great Western Road, Glasgow, around 10.40pm on Sunday, June 30.
"Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 36-year-old man, was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
"The driver, a 37-year-old man, will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with a road traffic offence."
