A deli in Wishaw has raised nearly £900 for a children's charity by donating a day's takings.
Homefarm Delights in Coltness held a charity day for the Les Hoey DreamMaker Foundation which supports children with serious illnesses.
The event on August 12 saw a total of £835 raised.
The owners, Nicola and Kevin Brannan, donated all the day's takings, while staff contributed tips and wages.
Customers were also given 10 per cent off food and free ice cream.
Les Hoey and the charity's mascot, Cookie Monster, attended the event.
Angela Cook, charity manager at Les Hoey DreamMaker Foundation, said: “This kindness from Nicola and Kevin and all the staff really touched us all at the charity and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support.
"HomeFarm Delights is a great family-run local business and the food is top class, just ask the Cookie Monster!"
The money will be going towards the charity's exciting Christmas plans.
