A woman is accused of leaving threatening voicemails to MP Mhairi Black's constituency office.
Kimberley White was due to stand trial today at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The 41-year-old is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner on October 25 2021.
Court papers state White, of Paisley, Renfrewshire, repeatedly made phone calls to Miss Black's former MP office.
White is further claimed to have repeatedly left voicemail messages on the constituency office's messaging system.
White is alleged to have shouted, swore, uttered threats of violence and derogatory remarks.
A joint motion to adjourn the trial was made by defence agent Ruaridh Hood and prosecutor Caitlin McAllister.
Mr Hood told the court that a doctor did not receive up-to-date medical information regarding his client before he compiled a psychiatric report on her.
Miss McAllister stated that the Crown's only witness - a police officer - is on long term sick leave.

Sheriff Tony Kelly said: "Standing the gravity of charge, I will accede to the joint motion."
A new trial date was set for November with a further hearing taking place in October.
