Lucky B's Hot Chicken, with existing locations on Fenwick Road and Hillington Road, has submitted a planning application to move into the property at 109 Sauchiehall Street.
The shop sits on the corner of Hope Street.
According to papers, Lucky B's is planning to take over a three-floor unit and create a new shopfront.
Documents state: "Internally, the ground floor includes a service counter, commercial kitchen with extract canopy, accessible toilet and customer seating at the shopfront windows.
"At first floor level, a lobby space leads to a customer seating area with a mixture of dining height fixed seating booths and high-level feature tables.
"Painted architectural metalwork mesh wall and ceiling panels with concealed lighting help create a warm and inviting dining space."
