Wilfried Nancy has been dubbed the 'complete' coach ahead of his expected appointment as Celtic manager.
The 48-year-old is in the final stages of becoming the permanent successor to Brendan Rodgers, following an approach from Celtic at his current club, Columbus Crew.
The American football show CBS Sport Golazo's pundits, including Charlie Davies and Nigel Reo-Coker, heaped praise on Nancy, highlighting his imminent move to Scotland.
The comments came just before Celtic's 3-1 Europa League triumph over Feyenoord.
Charlie Davies said, "For me, Wilfried Nancy is a complete coach.
"He's a manager who wants to play attacking football, so you have the excitement part.
"But also he's very comprehensive in how he makes sure that everyone understands their roles - he's adaptable."
Davies went on to commend Nancy's personality, saying: "One other element of his persona is the fact that he has an ability to joke around, and he's not always serious.
"He's an understanding human.
"There's just a sense of loyalty that he has to the club that he's been managing.
"This is a top manager, and Celtic are getting a gem."
Nigel Reo-Coker, another CBS pundit, also praised Nancy, while addressing potential scepticism from Celtic supporters.

He said, "For me, for the Celtic fans watching around the world, they don't know him.
"So there's this nervousness about who he is.
"Because there's this arrogance from English football and European football that we want someone from Europe, we want someone that we know we understand."
Reo-Coker emphasised Nancy's credentials, asserting that he is well-suited to the European football scene.
He said, "Wilfried Nancy is French.
"He nearly went to Ligue 1 clubs again because he's so highly rated.
"He is the best manager in MLS.
"This is not a manager that's going to go to Europe, that is going to be like a deer stuck in headlights and not realise European football or culture."
He added: "He'll be very aware of what Celtic is as a football club, and what it means to the fans.
"He will develop young players, and for me, he plays the best European brand, style of football in America.
"That's the reality of it."
