Former Rangers star Scott Arfield is set to leave Falkirk.
The midfielder returned to the club in February on a short-term deal, helping John McGlynn's side gain promotion back to the Scottish Premiership.
Despite signing a one-year contract with Falkirk in the summer, reports are suggesting that he is now looking to leave the top-flight newcomers.
Arfield, who has started only four league games this season, is said to be considering a departure from the Bairns, according to Sky Sports.
Meanwhile, Falkirk have started the season positively and are in a comfortable seventh place in the league, 15 points clear of Livingston, who are at the bottom of the Premiership table.

Arfield began his football career at the Bairns, making his senior debut in 2007 before moving to Huddersfield Town in 2010 for a three-year stint.
He then became a club legend at Burnley and moved to his boyhood club Rangers in 2018, where he made 233 appearances and scored 43 goals in all competitions.
During his tenure at Ibrox, Arfield won the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup and was part of the squad that reached the UEFA Europa League final, narrowly losing out to Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties.
Arfield left Rangers the following year for Charlotte FC before returning to England with Bolton Wanderers.
He returned to Falkirk in February after leaving the Trotters, but is set for another spell away from the Bairns.
