Glasgow Airport celebrates start of new Switzerland service

Glasgow Airport has celebrated the launch of a new direct service to Switzerland.

The inaugural Edelweiss flight from Zurich touched down yesterday (May 29), marking the official launch of a brand-new twice-weekly service from Scotland.

The flights will operate every Monday and Friday until September 14, 2026, providing passengers with a convenient, direct link to Switzerland's largest city and a key European hub.
