Robbie Keane is Celtic's "best bet" for manager.
Andy Townsend believes the former Republic of Ireland player is the natural successor to Martin O'Neill.
Despite a mixed fanbase opinion and a stint with Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Townsend backs Keane for his determination and energy.
The 45-year-old left his role at Ferencvaros, and Townsend believes he will have plenty of job offers.

He told OLBG: "I could see Robbie Keane being a success at Celtic, he'd bring all his energy in there and I could see him being a natural successor for Martin.
"He'd be the best bet for them, he has a real appetite and a real excitement around him.
"He oozes that determination to be a success, and I could see that really working at Celtic."
Townsend acknowledges the club has a significant decision to make this summer, but believes Keane would be the right choice if O'Neill steps down.
He added: "Robbie has really found excitement in management.
"He seems excited at the prospect of his future in football management because he had a very good career as a player.
"He's gonna get some exceptional opportunities come his way."
