A partnership is turning house sales into new beginnings for people rebuilding their lives after homelessness.
Charity Blue Triangle and Renfrewshire estate agent Time 2 Sell have joined forces to support individuals moving on from homelessness.
Cherrelle Lilley, an estate agent at Time 2 Sell, approached the charity during her previous experience working for Renfrewshire Council, and has now pledged to donate a portion of her commission to Blue Triangle’s Fresh Start fund.
The Fresh Start fund provides essential Moving On Packs– everyday items such as bedding, cookware and curtains – for people moving from supported accommodation into a new tenancy.

Cherrelle Lilley said: "I've always said to myself that if I was ever in a position to support a cause that meant something to me, I would.
"For me, that means helping vulnerable people, including those experiencing or facing homelessness.
"When I became an Estate Agent at Time 2 Sell, I realised this was an opportunity to make a real difference."
Blue Triangle is a registered social landlord and charity that delivers supported accommodation and outreach services across Scotland.
Last year, the organisation assisted more than 1200 people through 35 different services.
Nearly half of those supported went on to secure their own tenancies.
Time 2 Sell brings together 28 years of combined industry experience through its handpicked team.
The Fresh Start fund launched in December 2025.
It has already supported individuals like Robbie, who used the fund to purchase wallpaper and paint, and Lucie, who was able to buy a sofa and wardrobe for her new home.

Yousef Al-Kheteeb, project manager (property) at Blue Triangle, said: "We are so grateful for Time 2 Sell’s very generous offer of a donation to our Fresh Start appeal.
"This partnership will mean that for successful house sales, someone experiencing homelessness will be gifted essential items to make their new tenancy a home.
"Fresh Start moving on packs provide dignity and warmth to those with very little."
