Three men are to stand trial accused of being involved in a cannabis trafficking operation.

Robbie Fletcher, 35, Robert Frame, 44, and Faisal Nawaz, 46, face the allegations which span between July 2023 and March 2024.

Locations featured in the charges include a coachworks company in Glasgow's Dalmarnock, London's Heathrow Airport and the Canadian city of Mississauga.

The trio are accused of being concerned in the supply of cannabis as well as another drug-related allegation under the Customs and Excise Management Act.

Fletcher alone faces a separate charge of cocaine supply at an address in the city.

The case called for a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow yesterday.

Defence lawyers Marco Guarino, Mark Moir KC and Rhonda Anderson all pleaded not guilty on behalf of each of those they represent.

Lord Scott went on to fix a trial and it is scheduled to start in October 2027.

The case could last around eight days.
