Paige Turley is urging Scots to sleep under the stars to help raise funds for children living in poverty.
The Scottish singer and Love Island winner is backing Action for Children's Boycott Your Bed fundraiser, which asks supporters to give up their beds for a night and camp out at Barclays Hampden in Glasgow to support vulnerable children and families.
The flagship event will take place on Friday, October 2, and aims to raise money for children experiencing hardship, offering them essentials like food, clothing, warmth, and a safe place to sleep.
Participants are invited to wrap up warm, bring a sleeping bag, and spend the night outdoors while raising sponsorship from friends, family, and colleagues.
The sleepout challenge offers a chance to spend a night at one of Scotland’s most iconic venues, with the Hampden pitch having hosted legendary football matches and concerts from global stars such as Beyonce, Bon Jovi, and Coldplay.
The evening will begin with an indoor reception featuring talks from Action for Children speakers, fundraising activities, and stories highlighting the impact of the charity’s work.
After the reception, attendees will move to their designated sleepout area and, for the first time, will have the chance to sleep pitch-side at Barclays Hampden.
Paige, who will be sleeping out this year, said: "Every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and supported, but for too many children that's not the reality.
"Boycott Your Bed is a brilliant way to challenge yourself while making a real difference to young lives.
"I'd encourage anyone looking for their next challenge to sign up and get involved."

Action for Children provides practical and emotional support to children, young people, and families across the UK.
Recent government figures show that four million children in the UK are currently living in poverty.
Fiona Steel, director for Action for Children Scotland, said: "Tonight, too many children will go to bed hungry, cold, worried or without the basic essentials many of us take for granted.
"By taking part in Boycott Your Bed, people aren't just giving up one night's sleep in comfort – they're helping us provide practical support, hope and opportunities for children who need it most.
"It's a fantastic event for teams, groups of friends and families, but it's equally welcoming for people who want to take part on their own.
"Many participants tell us they leave having made lasting friendships and connections while helping create brighter futures for children."
