Ronnie Smith, independent chair of the Hamilton Town Centre Board, said: "The Pride in Place Programme is community-led – local people will decide how the money is spent.
"The Talk Shop gives everyone a place to come in, have their say and see how their ideas are shaping the plan."
The programme is backed by up to £20 million in UK Government funding over 10 years.
The Talk Shop will host workshops where attendees can take part in an immersive version of the Pride in Place survey, using tools like heat maps to spot areas that feel unsafe and rating scales to express their views on different aspects of the town centre.
Visitors can also drop in to ask questions or complete the survey in person.
