We are heading into week four of Strictly and the competition is hotting up.

The BBC have just unveiled what each of our celebrity couples will be dancing and whether it will be latin or ballroom this weekend.

They have also revealed what tunes our favourite celebs will be performing to and the films that they are inspired by.

From passionate wonderful waltzes to cheeky cha chas, it's that time again to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

You will notice that Robert Webb and Dianne Buswell and Ugo Monye and his part Oti Mabuse are not included in this week's list.

While Webb has pulled out of the series entirely due to ill health, Monye has been advised to miss this week's show due to back problems.

This week's Strictly's songs and dances

Adam & Katya

Adam and Katya will be hoping to impress the judges with their Argentine Tango on Saturday night.

Last week, the couple performed an Avatar-inspired Rumba which brought them to the bottom of the leaderboard.

This time around, the pair will be hoping their Tango to the classic song Tango in the Night by Fleetwood Mac will win them over this week.

AJ & Kai

Last week, AJ and Kai were the booke's favourite to win the entire series and their American Smooth blew us away with an impressive 35 points.

This week, the couple are switching it up with a Samba.

They will be performing it to the song Don't Go Yet by Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello.

Dan & Nadiya

Dan and Nadiya failed to impress the judges last week with their Sleeping Beauty-inspired Fox Trot.

The couple scored only 21 points leaving them at the second bottom place on the leaderboard.

This weekend, they will dancing a Cha Cha to U Can't Touch This/Superfreak by MC Hammer/Rick James and we cannot wait.

Greg & Karen

Earlier this week, Greg and Karen were tipped as the next couple to leave Strictly despite their James Bond Paso Doble earning them a respectable 26 points.

On Saturday night, the couple will be dancing a Samba.

They will be hoping to impress the judges with their routine to the song Macarena by Los Del Rio.

John & Johannes

John and Johannes are the show's firm favourites to pick up the glitterball trophy this year after they scored an astounding 39 points in only week three.

But will their American Smooth this week be enough to impress the judges?

The couple will be performing to the song I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me) by George Michael and Aretha Franklin.

Last week, Judy and Graziano found themselves in the bottom two against Katie and Gorka.

The pair will be looking that their Waltz this weekend will be enough to save them.

They have chosen to dance to the song Hero by Mariah Carey.

Rhys & Nancy

Last Saturday night, Rhys and Nancy scored a whopping 37 points and came second on the leaderboard.

The couple will be hoping to clinch the top spot with a Salsa this weekend.

They will be dancing to the song Butter by BTS.

Rose & Giovanni

Last week Rose and Giovanni had us reaching for the tissues with their Titanic-themed Foxtrot.

On Saturday, they will be shaking it up with a cheeky Cha Cha.

They have chosen to dance to the song Raspberry Beret by Prince.

Sara & Aljaž

Sara and Aljaž's Shrek-inspired Samba last week will definitely go down in Strictly history.

But this week, the pair will be getting serious with a tense tango.

The couple will be dancing to the song Por Una Cabeza by Carlos Gardel.

Tilly & Nikita

Last week, Tilly and Nikita proved that they are 'the nicest kids in town' with their Hairspray-inspired Jive.

The pair will be switching it up with a passionate Paso Doble.

They will be hoping to impress the judges and climb up the leaderboard with their routine to Diablo Rojo by Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Tom & Amy

We wish we could go back in time and watch Tom and Amy's Back to The Future inspired Jive for the first time.

But we are excited to see them take to the dancefloor with a Ballroom number this weekend.

The couple will be dancing the Foxtrot to the song Fly Me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra
