A PEDESTRIAN has been rushed to hospital after they were struck by a car in the city's North.
Emergency services raced to Wallacewell Road around 7.40pm last night after reports of a person being hit by a car.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital to be assessed following the accident and police did not reveal any further information about their condition.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 7.40pm on Friday, March 25, police were called to the Wallacewell Road area of Glasgow, following a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
"The pedestrian was taken to hospital for assessment."
