TWO vehicles have crashed into a restaurant window in Glasgow.

Officers rushed to Ingram Street in the city centre last night just before 10pm after hearing reports of a collision.

They found that the vehicles had both collided with the window, but no-one required hospital treatment from the crash.

There were no details on how bad the damage to the restaurant was, but the force confirmed that no one inside the restaurant was hurt. 

A 31-year-old man is the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with alleged road traffic offences. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9.50pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, police were called to a two-vehicle road crash on Ingram Street, near High Street, Glasgow.

"No one required hospital treatment as a result of the crash.

"The vehicles struck the window of a nearby restaurant, no details on the extent of the damage, no one within injured.

"A 31-year-old man is the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with alleged road traffic offences."
