A MAJOR West End road will be reduced to one lane to allow resurfacing works to take place.
Traffic on Great Western Road will operate in a single file flow eastbound and westbound between Anniesland Cross and Ascot Avenue from Wednesday, April 20 until Friday, April 22.
The works will take place from 9.30am until 4pm each day.
Herschell Street will also be closed between Foulis Lane and Great Western Road while there will be no right turn onto Great Western Road from Ancaster Drive.
For traffic from Ancaster Drive there will be a diversion in place via Great Western Road (westbound), Crow Road, Clarence Drove, Hyndland Road and onto Great Western Road.
Drivers are being advised to allow additional time for their journeys due to the restrictions.
