THE ANNUAL GUVMA Rodeo is back this year to raise vital funds for animal welfare.

GUVMA Rodeo is an annual charity fundraiser hosted by the Glasgow University Veterinary Medical Association.

The event is organized by vet students to raise money for animal welfare-related organizations and is the University of Glasgow's largest charity event.

The Rodeo, which is coming back for the first time since 2019, aims to provide a day of fun and entertainment for the entire family, while supporting charitable causes.

The event also provides an opportunity for commercial businesses, local companies, and charities to interact and communicate with a wide audience comprising of students and families from the local area and beyond.

The previous year's Rodeo raised £9,000 for charity.

The event is taking place today, Saturday, April 23, at Garscube Estate until 5pm.
