A MAN has been arrested in connection with a disturbance that broke out in Glasgow's Southside.
Officers responded to a call at Peat Road in the Nitshill area earlier today at 1.45pm.
An eyewitness recalled seeing cops with 'riot shields' and around seven police cars.
A 21-year-old has been arrested and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to reports of a disturbance on Peat Road, Glasgow around 1.45pm on Thursday, April 28, 2022.
"A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection.
"A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
