A NORTH Glasgow road will be closed for five days to allow for resurfacing works.
Balmore Road will be closed from Ashgill Road to Bilsland Drive from Sunday, May 8 until Thursday, May 12 between the hours of 9am to 4pm each day.

Delays are anticipated and drivers are advised to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
All vehicles will be diverted along Ashgill Road, Ashfield Street, Hawthorn Street and vice versa.
Local access will be maintained throughout the works.
