A BODY was found in Paisley today, as police searched for Peter Doherty, who had been missing for more than two weeks.
The body was found in the Greenhill Road area around 12.40pm on Tuesday, May 10.
Officers said formal identification has yet to take place, however the family of Mr Doherty, who was reported missing from Govan, has been made aware.

The death is being treated as unexplained, but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police had relaunched the appeal to find the 53-year-old last week, after he had been missing for ten days.
He had last been seen on Monday, April 25, in the Love Street area of Paisley.
