City centre police are searching for a customer who left 'a quantity' of cash and greetings cards at a McDonald's restaurant this weekend.
The money was discovered at the fast food chain's Trongate branch at around 3 am on Sunday.
It was promptly handed in to police who are now looking to reunite the valuables with their owner.
However, officers say that there is not enough information in the cards to identify the person and are asking members of the public to assist them in their search.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "If you have lost money and greetings cards and think what was handed in is yours, please contact officers at City Centre Police Station, via 101, quoting incident number 4179 of 8 May 2022.
"Anyone attempting to collect the cards and money will have to provide suitable identification and be able to verify what is written on the cards."
