TWO people have been arrested following a serious assault that taped off a street outside Buchanan Bus Station on Thursday. 

Two men were rushed to hospital as a result of their injuries. 

Now, a 31-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man have been arrested and changed in connection with the attack, which occurred on May 19 on Killermont Street.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.25am on Thursday, 19 May, officers were called to a report of two men being seriously assaulted in Killermont Street, Glasgow, outside Buchanan Bus Station.

“The men, aged 27 and 32, were taken to hospital for treatment. 

"A 31-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 23 May, 2022.”
