A DEDICATED phone line-up has been set up for Southside residents to report incidents involving revellers attending outdoor concerts at Hampden Stadium it has emerged. 

Mount Florida Community Council revealed the resident enquiry line will be available during the concerts for locals who live in the areas surrounding the stadium if they need to report any incidents. 

The group also said a drop-in session was being held today between 5pm and 7pm to raise questions with the Hampden team. They did not provide details of where this is being held but you can contact the group HERE 

The stadium is gearing up to welcome some of music's biggest stars including Ed Sheeran on June 16 and 17; Liam Gallagher on June 26; Calvin Harris on July 2; Gerry Cinnamon on July 16 and 17 and Coldplay on August 23 and 24.

Last year, the community council hit out at the deterioration of the management of football fans at the stadium and called for urgent enforcement. They told of their horror as residents witnessed men urinating in their streets and gardens.

It comes after we reported that a Zoom meeting would be held tonight ahead of the Primal Scream concerts at a big top tent in Queens Park.

Previously a dedicated phone line-up was set up TRNSMT for police to deal with rowdy festival revellers who were a nuisance to communities living next to the Glasgow Green site.
