A MAN has been charged after a suspicious package was found at Buchanan Bus Station last week.
The 50-year-old suspect has been released on undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
This comes after the Glasgow Times reported that the city's bus station was evacuated around 12.15pm on Wednesday, June 8.

Police officers were called to the scene and locked nearby streets down after a suspicious package was found.
Around 2pm, after an investigation was conducted, the force said in a statement that there was no threat to the public and confirmed that the roads had reopened.

Today, the force said: "A 50-year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident in Glasgow on Wednesday, 8 June.
"Around 12.15pm officers responded to a report of a suspicious package at Buchanan Bus Station.
"He has been released on undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date."
