A CAT was found injured on a Coatbridge road.
The Scottish SPCA has confirmed that the cat was black and white and female and found on Mosspark Road.
It was not microchipped and was wearing a flea collar.
In a Facebook post, the organisation has launched an appeal and is asking anyone who has information on how the animal got hurt to contact them.
