The music producer who helped catapult The Strokes into fame is launching a new book in Glasgow.
Gordon Raphael's new publication, The World Is Going To Love This, will be released in July and tells of his experiences in the studio with The Strokes, The Libertines, Regina Spektor and more.
He is launching the book at the Blitzkrieg Shop in Glasgow on Friday, July 8, ahead of the Strokes' performance at TRNSMT the following day.
Marking 21 years since the band's debut album Is This It, Gordon talks of a renewed appreciation for noughties sounds and how it draws people to bands of that era.
