Guns N' Roses have cancelled their Glasgow tour date 'due to illness'.

The show was due to take place on Glasgow Green tomorrow with support from supported by Gary Clark Jr and Phil Campbell and the B****** Sons.

Glasgow fans have already waited two years to see the legendary rockers play in the city after the original event date was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.

The band, fronted by Axl Rose and best known for hits like Sweet Child O'Mine and November Rain, has now called off this week's show just one day before they were due to take the stage.

Event organisers Gigs in Scotland said: "Due to illness and medical advice, Guns N' Roses will not be able to perform in Glasgow tomorrow.

"Ticket buyers have been contacted by their point of purchase and we will be in touch about the rescheduled date."
