GBX DJ George Bowie will return to one of Glasgow's hottest rooftop bars for a second charity event this summer.

After tickets for the first Generation GBX 90s club classics party sold out in less than 12 hours, the legendary radio star has once again teamed up with the Radisson Red Sky Bar to perform an extra date.

The second bash will take place on Friday, August 19 with tickets on sale this Monday.

Speaking of the party George said: “We are blown away by the response to our new Generation GBX concept.

"The chance to add another show and let everyone join us was too good to miss.

"Double the shows equals double the money for Cash For Kids, every penny of ticket money goes straight to the charity and none of the DJs are taking a fee.

“We’re buzzing to be part of this amazing venue for Generation GBX… big plans coming your way.”

“George is a phenomenon, as anyone with a radio knows well, so we are really honoured he was so keen to team up with us.

"We think his new brand is a perfect fit for us and, most importantly, we will raise a lot of money for Cash For Kids."
