Concern for person at North Glasgow park prompts 999 response
Emergency services raced to respond to a distress call in the North of Glasgow this evening.
At around 5pm, local community groups on social media reported seeing a large presence of police and ambulance vehicles at Springburn Park.
Police Scotland has since confirmed that they had been alerted of concern for a person in the area who has now been taken to hospital for treatment.
There have been no further details provided at this time.
