PAOLO Nutini reportedly ordered a 'cab full of booze' to TRNSMT's backstage area head of his headline gig.

The Paisley-born singer headlined the festival last night, just one week after releasing his latest album Last Night In The Bittersweet.

It seems Nutini was ready to celebrate as sources at the festival told The Scottish Sun they saw a taxi drop off "a whole load of booze" for the star.

One said: "I was waiting for someone to come out the back but the driver pulled open the door and there was a whole load of booze inside.

"They must have called a shop and got the taxi to go and collect the booze for them.

"It looks like he's planning on having a good night anyway."

Glasgow Times:

Another source told The Scottish Sun: "A taxi arrived for Paolo and fully expected people to jump outside to join him backstage.

"But the driver opened the door and inside was just full of booze.

"There was just full of Tennent's, loads and loads of cases of Tennent's lager.

"He must be having a brilliant night if he's already on the dial-a-booze."
