A MAN has been charged in connection with a serious assault at a Tesco store.
Emergency crews rushed to the supermarket on Dalmarnock Road at around 1.30pm on July 9 following a report that an assault had taken place.
A 25-year-old woman was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
A 34-year-old man was arrested and today cops confirmed that he has now been charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, July 11.
