FOUR people including a child have been rushed to hospital following a two-car crash in Glasgow.
The cars collided on New Rutherglen Road on Sunday evening shortly after 6.30pm.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene where four people were found injured.
A seven-year-old child, a 58-year-old woman and two men aged 57 and 35 were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Cops confirmed that the road had been closed for around an hour and a half after the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a two-car crash on New Rutherglen Road in Glasgow at around 6.35pm on Sunday, July 10, 2022.
“Two men, aged 57 and 35, a 58-year-old woman and a 7-year-old child were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
“The road was closed to allow vehicle recovery to take place and reopened around 8pm.“
